Wildcat Speed Camps...preparing young athletes for
the future!
Wildcat Speed Camps are specifically designed to improve the athleticism
of the young athlete. We are dedicated to educating and training young
athletes in the building blocks of athleticism: speed, power, core
strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, recovery, nutrition and
injury prevention. Our primary goal is to keep the young athlete
healthy and competing at the highest level they desire whether it is on
the field, the court, the wrestling mat or for the purpose of improving
overall fitness.
Improve straight ahead speed (SAS)
Improve lateral speed and agility (LSA)
Improve core and leg strength
Improve general fitness level in preparation for the upcoming season
